Products can be returned if:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Accessories or items marked non-returnable

Return Process

  2. Provide order ID and issue details with photos

  3. Our team will approve the return request

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.
